Kileva Achievement Award £ 5

The Kileva Awards Scheme presents medals and certificates to children who have demonstrated outstanding achievement in their academic studies. The encouragement and motivation this has brought has been astonishing.

Drink & biscuit for 20 kids £5

The staple diet in Sagalla is maize which school kids eat pretty much every day. That’s why a Kileva biscuit together with a drink of juice during an awards ceremony is a real treat!

100 pens or 100 exercise books £10

Most of the schools sponsored by Kileva are in remote villages such as Kizumanzi, Kajire, Gideon Mosi, Marie and Kirumbi. Each of these are in desperate need of basic supplies such as pens and exercise books .

40th of a Kileva water tank £15

Whilst the Sagalla landscape is stunningly beautiful, life there is hard, particularly given the lack of rainfall and difficult farming conditions. Kileva is helping as best it can by installing roof guttering and water tanks.

40^th of a Kileva toilet block £20

Basic sanitation in the area is poor and so building of toilets is much appreciated.

Malaria / typhoid treatment £15

None of the villages sponsored by Kileva have any mains water supplies and the lack of clean drinking water means that diseases such as typhoid are common.

100^th of a Kileva treatment room £25

The Kileva Medical Dispensary is being built to dispense essential drugs to the people of Kirumbi and the surrounding villages.

The Kileva Eastfield school in the village of Mwakoma is being built to provide much needed primary school education to local children.

If you would like to send a Kileva Gift Card to someone explaining that a donation has been made to celebrate their special occasion (such as birthday or wedding), simply indicate in the boxes opposite what item is to be featured in the card and any message to be included with it.
